Our Commitment
Nova AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe everyone should have equal access to information and functionality on our platform. We are continually improving the user experience for all visitors and applying relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

Audit Information
We conduct accessibility audits annually with third-party specialists. Our most recent audit was completed in January 2026. We are actively addressing identified issues and prioritising fixes based on impact.

- Error identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described in text
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents.
- Some third-party embedded content may not meet accessibility standards. We work with vendors to improve accessibility.
- Complex data visualizations in analytics dashboards may have limited screen reader support. We are developing accessible alternatives.
We are committed to addressing these limitations. Remediation is ongoing, with priority given to high-impact issues.
